In-Studio RSVP Policy:

To attend in-studio group classes, you are not required to RVSP.

Online RSVP Policy:

To attend online group classes, you are required to RSVP.

Please submit your Zoom registration at least 3 hours in advance. RSVPs received later may not guarantee attendance. Each session requires a separate registration. Once approved, you will receive the Zoom link and check-in form details via your registration email.

Membership Policy:

The first month payment is prorated based on the remaining class opportunities in the current calendar month. Monthly membership group classes reset each calendar month and must be used before they expire. This membership renews automatically each month on the 1st via auto-pay unless canceled before the next billing cycle. 

Drop-Ins Policy:

Drop-in group classes expire 1 month from the purchase date.

Cancellation Policy:

At least 24-hour notice is required from the student for cancellations or rescheduling for private lessons.

Cancellations and rescheduling for any reason may incur fees. In-studio private lessons are subject to the relevant studio rental policies. Any applicable fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Late Start Policy:

If a student arrives late for a private lesson, the session will still end at the scheduled time. It’s recommended to arrive a few minutes early to ensure the full lesson experience.  If the instructor is late, the session will be extended to ensure the full duration.
