Online group classes are held live via Zoom and run alongside my in-studio group classes. To accommodate dancers in different locations, sessions are offered on two days: Tuesdays at 7 PM CST and Saturdays at 11 AM CST. Use the Zoom registration links below to choose the date and time that works best for you. Each session includes a warm-up, fundamental technique training, and a short choreography to help you integrate everything you've learned. Group classes are not part of a series, each one is different, so you can join at any time. I use a professional audio mixer for my Zoom classes, ensuring both my voice and music come through loud and clear. You’ll never miss a beat or an instruction, just smooth, high-quality sound for the best online dance experience! Follow the steps below to book your first group class.

To attend the online group classes, please submit the zoom registration at least 3 hours in advance. If you do not RSVP within this time frame, you will not be able to attend. Once confirmed, you will receive the Zoom link and check-in form details via your registration email.
